What are actions I can take on my former spouse. I am entitled to one weekend a month of my choosing for visitation with my son. I live in SC and I was told if I wanted to have more visitation with him more than once a month that I would have to pay more child support. Is this true. And also in regards to child support, after the amount was made for child support, I have since remarried and had another child. Does any of this make a difference? We have had numerous problems with her not following the court papers. What steps can I take for action on her? Please help me!
