Hello, I am a mother from Indiana who has a son from a man that was originally from Rock Hill Sc. My son is now 7 yrs old. When he was 5 he told me that his father has been molesting him during his weekend visits. I learned of this when I would get phone calls from his father saying that "jake" was punching and Kicking him in the privates ect. I would then get on the phone and scold my son for hitting his father and ordered HIM to behave. This went on for years. You can imagine my disgust when My son asked me, "Mom, remember you told me that if anyone ever tried to touch my privates that I could punched them? Well when my dad touches my privates, you yell at me if I punch him." That was just the beginning of our nightmare and the beginning of a 2plus year battle with the father of my son. Now, the father was never charged criminally, so all he had to do was jump though a few hoops and he has been trying for his visitation rights. My son has been through some horrific experiences at the hands of his own father. The dilema comes in when CPS is pushing for reunification even tho they know of this abuse. They say reunification is Indiana Law if the father has completed all services. Can you tell me a direction to take or consider contacting me? There is also an admition that this also may have taken place in SC at my sons grandmothers house. She refuses to admit this even tho she walked in on Rick doing this to my son. please consider me and the horror that I feel when they are telling me that my son may have to face this monster again only 2 years later. sincerely,,Ironlady
