Using Technology Inside & Outside the Courtroom

The Stevens Firm's own Jonathan W. Lounsberry wrote the feature article in the Spring 2015 edition of the ABA's Family Advocate, which focuses on The IT Lawyer. Family law attorneys consider the Family Advocate to be one of the leading periodicals, and we are very proud of Jonathan for this significant accomplishment.

In his article, “Using Technology Inside & Outside the Courtroom”, Jonathan discussed ways to streamline the litigation process and enhance the impact of evidence at trial. For instance, do you have a “go-bag” or know what one is? How about which dictation apps are most effective? How can Evernote help make you a more effective attorney?

All of the attorneys at The Stevens Firm pride themselves on being tech savvy, and each of us has given presentations on technology related topics in South Carolina and all across the country. As we have discussed before on this blog, one of the important factors that should not be overlooked when deciding which attorney to hire is your attorney's level of technological competence, particularly in complex and complicated cases.
