As the first point of contact at The Stevens Law Group, Jasmine Cuffy plays a vital role in ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported during challenging times. With a friendly, empathetic approach, Jasmine helps streamline daily operations, efficiently managing phone calls, greeting visitors and clients for their appointments, and fielding inquiries to the firm. Having a deep understanding of the sensitive nature of family law matters, Jasmine provides clients with compassionate and timely assistance, setting the tone for a positive experience with the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member promptly
- Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
- Managing office supply inventory
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in all office public spaces and work areas
Professional Background and Experience:
Before joining The Stevens Law Group, Jasmine worked as the Program Coordinator of Diversity and Inclusion at Anderson University. It was during this time that she gained hands-on experience in various administrative tasks and project facilitation.
Jasmine earned her bachelor's degrees in political science and history from Anderson University. She is currently working on obtaining her master's degree in human resource management at North Greenville University.
Personal and Professional Interests:
In her free time, Jasmine enjoys reading romance novels and watching anime with her little sister on the weekends.
