Mackenzie was raised in Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in political science in 2012 and she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2016. While in law school, she was the co-executive editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and a member of the Honor Council. She is licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and Florida. After becoming licensed to practice law in Florida and before joining the litigation team at The Stevens Firm, P.A., Mackenzie practiced in several areas of the law. Beginning in 2018, upon her return to the Upstate of South Carolina, she began exclusively practicing family law.
Mackenzie's prior practice experiences have provided her with unique perspectives on the practice of family law and, more specifically, her clients' litigation needs. Mackenzie is an Associate Attorney and practices family law in Spartanburg County, Greenville County, Cherokee County, and the surrounding Upstate areas. Her practice focuses on all aspects of family court cases including contested and uncontested divorces, child custody cases, alimony and child support modification cases, as well as contempt of court and order enforcement cases.
Mackenzie is an active member of the SC Bar and the Florida Bar Association. When she isn't working as an attorney, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her English bulldog, Ellie. She is an avid Clemson fan, and she enjoys cheering for the Clemson Tigers (Go, Tigers!).
