Qualifications:
We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious, and resourceful attorney who:
- Has a minimum of 5-7 years of specifically family law litigation experience and is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
- Excels in developing and executing litigation strategies independently and efficiently.
- Demonstrates exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
- Possesses the emotional intelligence to work effectively with high-net-worth clients under pressure.
- Embraces the challenges and rewards of taking ownership of cases and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
