Terry is a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Paralegal at Stevens Family Law, known for his innovative approach and meticulous attention to detail. He plays a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys with case management, client communications, drafting legal documents, and courtroom support. With well over 30 years of experience in the legal industry, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that greatly benefits the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing client information and financial records for review by the lead attorney.

Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas, as well as coordinating discovery and other document production.

Courtroom support including preparation and organization of trial materials and exhibits, managing evidence, and technology support creating a smooth and efficient courtroom experience for our clients and attorneys.
Professional Background and Experience:
Terry brings extensive experience as a litigation paralegal, having worked with both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of settings, including Family Law, Insurance Defense, Complex Civil Litigation, Product Liability, and Medical Malpractice, from small firms to larger organizations. He holds a Certificate with Honors from PCDI School of Paralegal Studies and has been active in the South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association (SCUPA) for many years.
Personal or Professional Interests:
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, attending live music events, and occasionally participating in comic conventions.
